Privacy Policy
Maintained by Progranza Inc. Last updated: June 19, 2026. Showing the United States view.
This page is maintained by Progranza Inc. to answer common privacy and data-handling questions about Nurvivo. It describes current practices for the live Nurvivo products. Specific contractual terms govern paid customers β see your order form or contact us.
1. What information we collect
We collect the information you provide when signing up (name, email, clinic, country), the clinical content you submit while using the product (audio, transcripts, generated notes), and basic usage telemetry needed to operate the service.
2. How we use your information
We use it to deliver the product, generate the requested clinical artifacts (notes, codes, letters), provide support, secure the service, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Data residency
For your region (United States): Nurvivo NP Care hosts patient data on AWS US East. Data stays on US infrastructure throughout processing and storage.
Nurvivo Dental (Canada): hosted on AWS Canada (Toronto). Not yet offered in United States β a HIPAA version with CDT codes is on the 2027 roadmap.
4. HIPAA β your applicable framework
Nurvivo NP Care is HIPAA-native. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with every paid subscription and is signed automatically at account creation. We follow the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules for our role as a business associate. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), audit logging, and breach-notification procedures align with the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule.
5. Zero-training policy
Patient encounters, transcripts, and clinical notes are never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model β ours or any vendor's. This is a contractual commitment, not a setting that can be flipped on.
6. Data retention
We retain customer data for the lifetime of the subscription. On termination you can export your data and request deletion; deletion is completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. If a complaint cannot be resolved with us directly, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS / OCR) or your state attorney general.
